Principal Consultant, Decision Support Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take charge of delivering multiple simultaneous projects focused on Healthcare Decision Support system design and/or adoption.

• Ensure that project outcomes are aligned with customer objectives, industry best practices, and organizational standards.

• Provide leadership and strategic direction throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Oversee the development and implementation of Cost Accounting, Service Line Margin Analytics, and Downstream Reporting solutions.

• Facilitate strategic and operational interactions with customers, proactively address issues, and ensure measurable value and satisfaction.

• Mentor and nurture the growth of Consultants and Senior Consultants through coaching, knowledge-sharing, and performance evaluations.

• Identify opportunities for expanded services, contribute to proposal development, and engage in strategic planning with customers.

• Enhance project delivery methodologies, standard documentation, and internal training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel within the US as necessary to customer sites, up to 20-35% of the time.

• Proficiency in guiding system design, implementation testing, and the adoption of StrataJazz® Decision Support.

• Experience or capability in areas such as healthcare decision support, cost accounting, service line margin analytics, and downstream reporting.

• Capacity to lead customer engagements through stages including discovery, solution design, system configuration, user adoption, and performance management/optimization.

• Ability to mentor both Consultants and Senior Consultants.

• Capability to support business development efforts, proposals, and strategic planning initiatives.
