Principal Client Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Lead technical and business discovery sessions with enterprise clients and potential customers.

• Create scalable, client-focused solutions that align with business goals and Introhive's platform capabilities.

• Convert intricate business and technical requirements into clear solution designs and implementation strategies.

• Conduct executive workshops to foster trust, mitigate risks, and expedite decision-making processes.

• Guide discussions on CRM architecture, APIs, enterprise integrations, AI, data privacy, security, and compliance.

• Collaborate with Professional Services to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.

• Identify valuable use cases and ROI opportunities by linking technical capabilities to quantifiable business results.

• Support strategic sales initiatives, renewals, and expansion efforts through technical leadership and solution consulting.

• Mentor Solutions Consultants by sharing best practices, developing reusable frameworks, and enhancing consulting standards.

• Work alongside Product and Marketing teams to relay customer feedback, integration possibilities, and market trends shaping product strategy and go-to-market execution.

• Establish executive trust through strategic technical leadership.

• Transition customers from technical discovery to implementation.

• Deliver solution designs that minimize implementation risks.

• Address privacy, security, and integration challenges early in the sales cycle.

• Assist customers in quickly realizing measurable business value.

• Enhance the technical capabilities and consulting standards of the Solutions Consulting organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years concentrated on enterprise-scale B2B SaaS architecture or strategic pre-sales.

• Extensive knowledge of enterprise CRM platforms, APIs, system integrations, data architecture, and solution design.

• Executive presence with experience in leading strategic technical discussions and workshops.

• Proven capability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of enterprise security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.

• Experience in designing or supporting AI-enabled solutions, including LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.

• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable CRM platforms.

• Experience with Relationship Intelligence, Revenue Intelligence, analytics, or data enrichment technologies.

• Background in supporting clients in Professional Services, Legal, Financial Services, Accounting, Consulting, or similar sectors.
