Principal Capture Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit teaming partners, subcontractors, and essential personnel while coordinating with internal sales, pricing, and operations teams.

• Provide a clear and strategically developed win framework to the proposal team upon the release of RFPs and oversee color reviews.

• Create a detailed roadmap for engaging buyers, shaping their requirements, and establishing winning themes and differentiators.

• Investigate buyer pain points, foster customer relationships, and track competitor activities.

• Analyze market data and convert it into actionable insights.

• Conduct market analyses, engage with customers, gather competitor intelligence, and assess deal qualifications.

• Build and nurture relationships while presenting to clients and partners.

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to address and drive business requirements for growth and development.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Resilient leadership to ensure accountability among cross-functional teams and persuade executives to allocate bid resources.

• Experience in business, contracting, or a technical field.

• 3 to 7+ years of experience in business development, capture management, or proposal operations.

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to address and drive business requirements for growth and development.
