Capture Manager – XBAT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Shield AI’s initiatives with acquisition offices by shaping and responding to solicitations.

• Propel teams towards securing multi-year strategic program victories within the Department of Navy and finalize high-value contracts.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships within program offices while managing industry partner collaborations.

• Anticipate customer requirements and influence policy, specifications, and solicitations to align with Shield AI's offerings.

• Lead programmatic capture efforts for Advanced Systems related to Department of the Navy opportunities, with a focus on USMC programs.

• Direct, shape, and inform the capture actions of X-BAT and other advanced systems as the primary representative for program office interactions and design.

• Propel strategic sales, customer engagement, capture initiatives, adoption, and revenue growth for X-BAT and other advanced systems within USMC markets.

• Manage the advanced system business development lifecycle for USMC clients, from identifying opportunities to closing complex deals and launching initial programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of strategic capture and DoN acquisition experience.

• Extensive understanding of DoN/USMC acquisition and/or requirements processes.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities with a proven track record of cross-collaboration among technical and operational teams.

• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).

• DAWIA Program Manager - Advanced certification.

• Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience with Navy/Marine Corps program capture within the previous 5 years (preferred).
