Capture Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of capture efforts, from qualification to post-submittal, focusing on full and open opportunities.

• Create and implement capture plans that include win themes, discriminators, competitive positioning, and price-to-win strategies.

• Perform competitive evaluations, including SWOT analyses and Black Hat reviews.

• Collaborate with Business Development, Program Management, and Engineering teams to qualify opportunities and design successful solutions.

• Manage relationships with teaming partners and subcontractors throughout the capture process.

• Regularly update executive leadership on pipeline status and bid health.

• Utilize AI and advanced capture tools to expedite research, competitive analysis, and solution development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in full lifecycle capture wins for unrestricted federal acquisitions.

• Extensive experience in VA, CMS, and/or DoD with strong customer relationships and an understanding of mission objectives.

• Proven experience leading capture team activities across business development, solutions, pricing, and proposal teams.

• In-depth knowledge of federal acquisition strategies, contract vehicles, and government budgeting processes.

• Familiarity with essential IT domains, including Agile, cloud, DevSecOps, IT modernization, and data analytics.

• Experience with contract vehicles such as GSA MAS, CEDAR, SPRUCE, or similar IDIQs is advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
