Capture Manager – XBAT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Shield AI’s engagements with acquisition offices, focusing on shaping and responding to solicitations.

• Propel teams towards securing multi-year strategic program victories within the Air Force and finalizing high-value contracts.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships within program offices.

• Manage relationships with industry partners.

• Anticipate customer requirements and influence policy, needs, and solicitations to align with Shield AI's offerings.

• Lead programmatic capture initiatives for Advanced Systems involving Air Force opportunities.

• Direct, shape, and inform X-BAT and other advanced system capture initiatives as the primary liaison for program office interactions and design.

• Promote the adoption and revenue generation of Shield AI technologies by engaging directly with USAF stakeholders.

• Oversee the entire advanced system business development lifecycle for USAF clients, from opportunity identification to deal closure and launching early-stage programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic capture / Air Force acquisition.

• Extensive understanding of Air Force acquisition and/or requirements processes.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical abilities with a proven capacity to collaborate across technical and operational teams.

• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred).

• DAWIA Program Manager - Advanced certification.

• Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in Air Force program capture within the last 5 years is preferred.
