This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for seller-oriented quoting, approvals, and opportunity workflows within Salesforce and CPQ.
• Transform unclear go-to-market challenges into implemented solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to recognize and prioritize critical high-impact issues.
• Develop interactive prototypes, dashboards, data models, internal tools, and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Work alongside Engineering to refine solutions for scalability.
• Measure adoption rates and monitor usage and business impact.
• Continuously improve internal tools and agents as evolving products.
• Utilize contemporary AI tools for requirements gathering, analysis, prototyping, and development.
• Advocate for and integrate Samsara’s cultural values while expanding globally and opening new offices.
• A minimum of 8 years in product management or equivalent experience in developing and managing enterprise software or internal tools.
• Proven ownership of a product domain with a history of successful product launches.
• Familiarity with go-to-market or revenue systems, including Salesforce (CRM), CPQ/quoting, or related sales/revenue operations tools.
• Capability to convert business challenges into clear requirements and measurable product outcomes.
• Comfortable using modern AI tools in a hands-on capacity.
• Strong management of stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams.
• Ability to create clickable prototypes, SQL-driven dashboards, or functional proofs of concept.
• Experience in developing or managing AI agents or assistants in a production environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce/CPQ domain, particularly in quote-to-cash processes, approvals, and opportunity management.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Workato.
• Proficient in SQL.
• A proven track record of promoting the adoption of internal tools.
• Must possess the legal right to work for the company and in the designated work location, if applicable.
