This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work in conjunction with marketing stakeholders to outline business objectives, measurement strategies, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Recognize progress or shortcomings against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Design, develop, and refine reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models for growth planning, forecasting, funnel optimization, and pipeline management.
• Lead cross-channel performance analysis and attribution initiatives to assess marketing effectiveness, optimize investment choices, and enhance ROI.
• Produce actionable insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing customer engagement, purchasing experiences, conversion rates, and channel efficiency.
• Convert complex analyses into executive-ready narratives through data visualization, reporting, and storytelling techniques.
• Establish and uphold KPI definitions, measurement standards, and comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence, Strategy, Technology, and Automation teams to enhance data quality, segmentation, reporting capabilities, and measurement methodologies.
• Influence business decisions through engagement with regional and global marketing leaders, including participation in business reviews and planning processes.
• Collect stakeholder feedback, identify gaps or opportunities, and suggest solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Support alignment and enablement across global and regional marketing teams to foster consistency in reporting and analytics practices.
• Bachelor's degree along with 8-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Ability to engage in abstract thinking and comprehend the complexities of a multifaceted system.
• Proficient in managing multiple and large datasets effectively.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other similar business intelligence and analytics platforms.
• Experience in developing predictive, forecasting, optimization, or propensity models.
• Strong grasp of marketing performance measurement, demand generation, pipeline management, attribution methods, and funnel analytics.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing data structures, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaign data.
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.
• Executive presentation experience is preferred.
• Proven success in influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and prioritization capabilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple initiatives and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Naturally inquisitive and proactive.
• Commitment to staying updated on emerging analytics technologies, marketing trends, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a strong inclination towards action, continuous improvement, and measurable business impact.
• Flexibility to collaborate across global teams and time zones, including interactions with colleagues in the EMEA and APJ regions.
