This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Manage designated accounts and opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Create and implement strategic account plans that align with both regional and national objectives.
• Recognize growth opportunities within existing clients and prospective customers.
• Stay informed about customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
• Perform business reviews and modify strategies based on market conditions.
• Establish relationships with distribution partners and sales representatives.
• Formulate joint strategies for territory and account growth.
• Execute joint customer visits and business review sessions.
• Train distributor personnel on portfolio offerings and highlights of competitive advantages.
• Identify, cultivate, and convert new customer prospects.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities for new business acquisition and account expansion.
• Propel competitive conversions and strategic penetration into key accounts.
• Present clinical, operational, and financial value propositions.
• Progress opportunities through the sales process collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct workflow assessments and suggest operational enhancements.
• Develop and deploy customer-specific solutions in a cross-functional manner.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare decision-makers and key influencers.
• Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, utilization, adoption, and expansion of Point of Care solutions.
• Identify competitive threats and execute retention strategies.
• Keep accurate CRM records, track sales activities, maintain the pipeline, and provide forecasts.
• Engage in business reviews, forecasting discussions, and account planning sessions.
• Adhere to ethical sales practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain transparency with customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical diagnostic sales, corporate accounts, hospital purchasing organizations, or complex sales environments.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new business, expanding accounts, and retaining customers.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare distribution partners and indirect sales channels.
• Familiarity with strategic sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, or Solution Selling.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Capability to operate independently in a field-based role with regional travel requirements.
• Residency within the designated geographical territory is essential.
• Full access to Siemens Healthineers' client locations is required.
• Compliance with applicable client Vendor Credentialing standards, which may include valid identification, background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training.
