This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Manage assigned accounts and opportunities within the designated territory
• Create and implement strategic account plans that align with both regional and national goals
• Discover growth opportunities among current customers and targeted prospects
• Foster relationships with distribution partners and sales representatives
• Formulate joint growth strategies for both territory and accounts
• Conduct collaborative customer visits and business evaluations
• Educate distributor personnel on portfolio offerings, value propositions, and competitive advantages
• Identify, nurture, and convert new customer opportunities
• Maintain an opportunity funnel for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts
• Propel competitive conversions and strategic penetration into accounts
• Convey clinical, operational, and financial value propositions
• Perform workflow assessments and propose effective solutions
• Collaborate across functions to develop customer-specific solutions
• Establish relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers
• Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, utilization, adoption, and account growth
• Safeguard and expand the installed base while implementing retention strategies
• Keep records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
• Engage in business reviews, forecasting discussions, and account planning sessions
• Maintain ethical sales practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote customer transparency
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical diagnostic sales, corporate accounts, hospital purchasing organizations, or complex sales
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new business, expanding accounts, and retaining customers
• Experience collaborating with healthcare distribution partners and indirect sales channels
• Familiarity with strategic sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, or Solution Selling
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to function independently in a field-based role with regional travel requirements
• Must reside within the assigned geographic territory
• Technical fluency in clinical workflows and the ability to translate technical features into operational benefits
• Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
• Proficient in CRM tools and analytics for managing sales activities and pipelines
• Must meet relevant client Vendor Credentialing standards, which may involve valid identification, background checks, drug screenings, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training
• Must be able to work with controlled technology in compliance with U.S. export control laws
