Pricing Operations – Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Manage pricing operations to guarantee that prices are delivered accurately, promptly, and through an efficient process across various platforms.

• Suggest and execute strategic enhancements to pricing structures and frameworks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Detect pricing workflow obstacles and spearhead initiatives to automate or simplify them, with an emphasis on AI-assisted solutions.

• Evaluate price-related factors, including customers and suppliers, to recommend and implement pricing enhancements that foster profitability growth.

• Create pricing models, reports, and dashboards that illustrate pricing performance, margin health, and competitive positioning.

• Work closely with pricing, onboarding, and pricing technology teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in finance, pricing, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.

• A systems thinking approach coupled with a focus on process improvement.

• Strong analytical skills, including experience with large datasets, model building, and translating numbers into clear narratives.

• Practical experience with Looker or a similar business intelligence tool.

• Familiarity with or a keen interest in using AI tools to automate workflows and minimize manual labor.

• A solid grasp of pricing mechanics, cost structures, or supplier economics.

• Ability to convey complex analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Resume must be submitted in English.
