Pricing Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage and uphold the global list prices for Agilent’s product and service offerings.

• Supervise operational pricing functions within SAP and CRM platforms.

• Guarantee accurate and current pricing information for commercial, government, and distributor accounts.

• Provide expert advice to regional pricing stakeholders, finance teams, and product management.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and government pricing regulations.

• Propel process enhancements and automation projects.

• Act as the main point of contact for pricing operations in the APAC region.

• Assist in global pricing initiatives.

• Engage in strategic pricing projects and transformation efforts as part of the Ignite program.

• Collaborate across functions to develop pricing strategies and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in pricing operations, finance, or similar positions within a global organization.

• Demonstrated success in engaging sales teams to ensure effective implementation of initiatives guided by field operations.

• Strong familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.

• Proficient in PowerBI and Advanced Excel for data analysis and automation purposes.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Capability to communicate effectively with various stakeholder types in a global setting.

• Preferred knowledge of enterprise systems such as ECC, HANA, CRM/Salesforce, ICM, and CPQ.

• Preferred knowledge of master data processes, business intelligence technologies, SharePoint Page Development, and/or data visualization tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
