Senior Analyst, Pricing and Business Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product team to craft and proactively suggest new pricing experiments; provide recommendations for subsequent actions based on the findings.

• Analyze and deliver presentations on pricing experiment results and their financial implications to the Product team and leadership.

• Develop comprehensive reporting to assess pricing performance and measure its impact on business KPIs and financial outcomes.

• Recognize key KPI trends and fluctuations, whether pricing-related or not, and conduct follow-up analyses to discern the underlying factors.

• Maintain datasets of KPI metrics and create automations and AI tools to facilitate efficient reporting and self-service insights.

• Collaborate closely with the Finance and Product teams to evaluate the effect of pricing strategies on financial performance and customer retention.

• Contribute to essential business performance reporting and offer data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in strategic and pricing analytics, including the development of pricing models and analysis of pricing A/B tests.

• Proficient in analyzing A/B tests and knowledgeable about best practices in experimentation.

• Advanced SQL capabilities, with the ability to create new tables and schemas on an ad-hoc basis.

• Strong analytical skills coupled with problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to effectively convey insights and information to senior executives.

• Experience in using and developing dashboards in Looker or similar business intelligence tools.

• Highly organized; self-motivated with a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
