Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold pricing models and cost inputs using Microsoft Excel and related tools for various contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, IDIQ, OTA).

• Assist in the creation of price narratives, business volumes, and basis of estimate (BOE) documentation.

• Evaluate RFPs, RFQs, including Q&A and other solicitations for pricing requirements, cost risk, and compliance aspects.

• Review cost contributions from internal teams and subcontractors to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness.

• Conduct cost realism and reasonableness assessments.

• Support Price to Win (PTW) analysis and competitive pricing research.

• Aid in subcontractor pricing analysis and facilitate pricing working sessions.

• Prepare and deliver financial presentations, including cash flow analysis, to leadership during pricing reviews.

• Ensure that final pricing models and artifacts adhere to solicitation requirements and FAR/DFARS regulations.

• Maintain precise historical pricing data, templates, and supporting documentation for audits and compliance evaluations.

• Collaborate with finance, growth, and operations teams throughout the capture-to-submission lifecycle, including negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of pricing or financial analysis experience, preferably in a government contracting context.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and cost analysis.

• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contract pricing regulations, particularly FAR Part 12 and 15.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple proposals concurrently.

• Excels in a remote, collaborative setting and genuinely enjoys working with cross-functional teams.

• Communicates clearly and transparently, whether presenting pricing recommendations to leadership or coordinating with colleagues.

• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Some positions may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.
