This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee the enterprise pricing operational framework, encompassing governance, approval processes, decision-making rights, and pricing controls.
• Collaborate with leaders in Commercial and Finance to implement pricing strategies and commercial goals effectively.
• Offer expertise on intricate pricing decisions, exceptions, and atypical commercial agreements.
• Evaluate pricing performance, compliance, and operational efficiency, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Create reporting and performance metrics for pricing results, exceptions, cycle durations, and adherence to policies.
• Improve pricing governance and processes to facilitate business expansion and adapt to evolving market demands.
• Direct the operational framework for customer renewals and annual pricing increase initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning, communications, approvals, and execution tasks.
• Ensure that contractual obligations, customer considerations, and business objectives are incorporated into pricing strategies.
• Act as the business owner for pricing processes across Salesforce/CPQ, Oracle Fusion, and other related commercial systems.
• Specify pricing system requirements and collaborate with Technology teams on capabilities, automation, and integrations.
• Uphold pricing controls, data integrity, auditing practices, and system validations.
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance pricing data quality, minimize manual workarounds, and bolster scalability.
• Formulate and implement a pricing operations excellence roadmap that emphasizes simplification, automation, scalability, and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional projects that enhance pricing processes, controls, and overall business performance.
• Facilitate adoption through change management, training, communication, and process documentation.
• Provide guidance to leaders on pricing governance, operations, process design, and execution.
• Foster alignment among Commercial, Finance, Operations, Customer Success, Technology, and Data teams.
• Convert strategic goals into pricing capabilities, operational requirements, and scalable solutions.
• Cultivate accountability and deliver results through influence, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, commercial finance, business operations, internal audit, or related areas.
• Proven experience in leading complex cross-functional processes, governance frameworks, or business transformations.
• In-depth knowledge of pricing operations, controls, data management, systems, and commercial processes.
• Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, ERP, and pricing technologies.
• Salesforce/CPQ and Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and drive change without direct authority.
• Strong skills in analysis, communication, project management, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel as required, up to 10%.
