Pricing Analyst, Deal Desk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic consultant for regional sales teams regarding intricate deal structures, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.

• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration among Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations from the inception of deals through to their approval and finalization.

• Address and resolve deal exceptions as they arise.

• Enhance regional deal management processes, governance, and commercial efficiency.

• Execute financial modeling, perform margin analysis, and track CRM pipeline activity.

• Provide data-driven insights to support negotiations and sales forecasting.

• Assess contract documentation for adherence to policy, proper revenue recognition, and overall agreement compliance.

• Establish tracking systems to monitor the financial performance of closed deals.

• Identify discrepancies and opportunities for optimization.

• Convert complex data into concise summaries and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

• Guide junior team members on best practices for the deal desk.

• Report directly to the Head of Sales Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, or Sales Operations, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments.

• Extensive understanding of enterprise sales cycles, intricate deal structures, revenue recognition, and commercial contract management.

• Proficient in advanced financial modeling techniques.

• Familiarity with SQL and Python programming languages.

• Skilled in using CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Competent with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

• Proven track record in managing cross-functional stakeholders from Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.

• Experience in providing negotiation support.

• Background in driving process enhancements.

• Capability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
