Pricing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Input and uphold all pricing within the JDE system for designated markets/products.

• Manage all assigned resin and general price adjustments utilizing the Resin Contract Analysis program.

• Sustain customer-required Excel price lists and Customer Price Portals.

• Resolve price entry problems in collaboration with Customer Service and Sales teams.

• Conduct root cause analysis and establish corrective actions for pricing discrepancies.

• Produce all JDE price lists for the assigned products/markets.

• Keep customer contact lists updated for the distribution of price letters.

• Assess and enhance long-term processes for pricing and quoting.

• Execute special pricing-related projects as necessary.

• Must demonstrate exceptional organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.

• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in teams.

• Previous experience in an administrative role is required.

• Familiarity with JDE is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (minimal).

• Ability to uphold complete confidentiality.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
