Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic consultant for regional sales teams regarding intricate deal structures, pricing strategies, and commercial terms to optimize profitability and align with corporate objectives.

• Foster cross-departmental collaboration among Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations from the inception of deals to their approval and finalization, addressing exceptions as they arise.

• Enhance the regional deal management process to improve governance and accelerate commercial transactions.

• Perform financial modeling, margin assessments, and CRM pipeline analysis for insights into negotiations and sales forecasting.

• Evaluate contract documentation to ensure adherence to company policies, proper revenue recognition, and agreement accuracy.

• Establish tracking systems to verify that closed deals meet expected financial targets, while identifying discrepancies and areas for optimization.

• Convert complex data into concise summaries and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

• Guide junior team members on best practices in deal desk operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, or Sales Ops, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software sectors.

• Extensive understanding of enterprise sales processes, complex deal structures, revenue recognition principles, and commercial contract management.

• Proficient in advanced financial modeling techniques.

• Familiarity with SQL and Python.

• Skilled in using CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot) and business intelligence tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance) and provide negotiation assistance.

• Experience in driving process enhancements and translating data into actionable business insights.
