📋 Description

• Create impactful pitch decks and professional one-pagers that cater to specific audiences.

• Convert intricate data into clear visual narratives through minimalism and an organized information hierarchy.

• Elevate presentations with custom typography, sophisticated animations, and consistent visual aesthetics.

• Utilize a refined, compelling, premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.

• Ensure visual consistency, pacing, formatting quality, and adherence to brand standards prior to final delivery.

• Contribute to the Tendem project by producing high-quality presentations for practical use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.

• A robust portfolio showcasing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations.

• Profound understanding of pacing, storytelling techniques, and information design principles.

• A methodical and detail-oriented work style.

• Capability to work independently and convert complex narratives into premium visual formats.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and other similar presentation software.

• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.

• Ability to distill complex data and multi-tiered hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual narratives.

• Advanced skills in typography and animation.

• Practical experience in crafting high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.

• Strong focus on detail and dedication to achieving visual excellence.

• Self-motivated work ethic and the ability to independently resolve design challenges.

• English proficiency at the upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is a must.

• CV must contain a link to a portfolio that includes high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations; applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant presentation examples will not be considered.
