Learning Design and Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create and implement practical learning solutions tailored to identified capability needs using authentic business scenarios and workflows.

• Collaborate with functional enablement leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to embed learning into current programs and team practices.

• Oversee the design and development of leadership capability initiatives for front-line, mid-level, and senior leaders.

• Facilitate specific leadership program sessions as required.

• Develop learning experiences that empower employees to leverage AI thoughtfully and effectively, focusing on judgment, critical thinking, responsible application, and evaluating outcomes.

• Establish reusable frameworks, methodologies, measurement strategies, and resources to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of learning.

• Integrate evaluation into every solution.

• Utilize feedback from learners and stakeholders to enhance programs.

• Keep learning materials updated to ensure they are current and relevant.

• Report directly to the Manager of Enterprise Learning & Development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and development position.

• Proven ability to translate capability needs into effective learning solutions.

• Experience in designing scenario-based learning that is rooted in real business workflows and aims at driving behavior change.

• Capability to recognize patterns across stakeholder needs to create reusable frameworks, content, and scalable learning experiences.

• Experience in incorporating measurement and evaluation into learning solutions while linking learning outcomes to business impact.

• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, Design Thinking, backward design, or similar approaches.

• Strong skills in project management, facilitation, communication, and independent decision-making.

• Ability to transform ambiguous requirements into clear solutions while managing multiple priorities.

• Experience in building workplace AI capabilities, designing leadership programs across various leadership levels, or utilizing emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools.

• Must currently reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; 1Password does not provide work authorization, relocation assistance, sponsorship, or visa transfers.
