This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and produce deck formats that support the creative team, such as RFP responses, client lookbooks, PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, capabilities decks, one-pagers, and business review materials.
• Convert briefs, content outlines, and raw text into compelling and persuasive visual narratives.
• Modify and tailor existing decks for various clients, audiences, and applications while upholding brand standards.
• Prepare and deliver final files in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, and PDF formats.
• Oversee multiple deck requests and manage conflicting deadlines in collaboration with the Assistant Creative Manager.
• Develop, organize, and sustain the creative team's presentation library in Figma.
• Act as the creative team's Figma liaison, assisting designers working on shared presentation files.
• Design and uphold reusable components, master layouts, and modular slide systems.
• Review the deck library to eliminate outdated materials, merge duplicates, and preserve clean source files.
• Coordinate presentation assets with the overall brand system and Digital Asset Management (DAM) system (Air).
• Advance the visual language, structure, and storytelling techniques of ePromos' presentations.
• Identify gaps and suggest new formats, templates, and modular sections.
• Investigate presentation trends, competitor materials, and industry pitch standards.
• Test approved presentation strategies on live projects and refine them based on outcomes.
• Document and implement new presentation standards throughout the team.
• Engage with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Leadership stakeholders to outline needs and gather content.
• Lead intake discussions and design evaluations.
• Communicate timelines, trade-offs, and project status; escalate scope or capacity issues as needed.
• Cultivate working relationships as a trusted resource for high-stakes presentation tasks.
• Represent the creative team in cross-functional meetings with client-facing teams and senior leadership.
• Carry out related ad hoc responsibilities.
• Exceptional presentation design and visual storytelling abilities.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, pacing, and brand consistency.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain structured presentation libraries and design assets.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Keen attention to detail and dedication to high-quality design output.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in presentation design, graphic design, visual communications, or a similar creative role.
• Robust portfolio showcasing presentation work.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work within US operating hours.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced skills in Figma, including components, master layouts, file organization, version control, and shared design systems.
• Experience in creating client-facing presentations, pitch decks, RFP responses, lookbooks, capabilities decks, and business review materials.
• Strong comprehension of presentation storytelling, visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and pacing.
• Experience in developing reusable templates, modular slide systems, and presentation libraries.
• Knowledge of brand systems and the ability to maintain consistency across various presentation formats.
• Familiarity with DAM systems like Air is a plus.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Capability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Leadership teams.
• Strong research skills to identify presentation trends and competitor best practices.
