📋 Description

• Drive successful technical outcomes and create scalable customer engagement solutions utilizing Twilio's API platform.

• Serve as the reliable technical advisor for key enterprise prospects.

• Connect intricate business challenges with Twilio's communication APIs by designing innovative architectures.

• Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate technical discovery and convert business needs into Twilio solutions.

• Create scalable, secure, and resilient communication workflows leveraging Twilio APIs, including SMS, Voice, Video, and Flex.

• Develop and present technical demonstrations, custom prototypes, and proofs-of-concept.

• Address technical risks and manage objections related to security, compliance, integration patterns, and architectural best practices.

• Work alongside product and engineering teams to communicate market feedback, feature requests, and emerging trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture role, ideally within the CCaaS, CPaaS, or broader enterprise SaaS sectors.

• Proven expertise in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.

• Practical experience in integrating and troubleshooting RESTful APIs.

• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.

• Capability to articulate complex cloud architecture, web security, and enterprise integration concepts to both technical and C-level non-technical stakeholders.

• Expected travel of approximately 50%.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical industry experience is preferred.
