This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +4 more states.
β’ Spearhead the implementation of the U.S. Precision Medicine strategy within the region through tailored account plans.
β’ Establish trusted partnerships with stakeholders in oncology, pathology, laboratory settings, practice management, population health, and health systems.
β’ Analyze patient testing journeys, biomarker pathways, and testing landscapes at the account level.
β’ Discover opportunities that enhance patient identification and promote biomarker-driven decision-making.
β’ Assess account readiness for forthcoming product launches.
β’ Convert customer, market, and testing insights into actionable strategies.
β’ Provide approved precision medicine education, resources, biomarker testing strategies, and diagnostic solutions.
β’ Collaborate with various functions to overcome operational challenges, streamline customer engagement, and optimize resource allocation.
β’ Foster relationships with key opinion leaders.
β’ Keep precise business records.
β’ Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
β’ Report directly to the National Director of Precision Medicine Accounts at JNJ Oncology.
β’ A bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) is required.
β’ At least 8 years of business experience.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in Precision Medicine is required.
β’ Experience in oncology is essential.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays.
β’ A valid driver's license for the 50 United States is required.
β’ A strategic mindset towards customer interactions with the ability to enact meaningful change.
β’ Capability to advance initiatives and execute effectively within a matrix organization.
β’ Strong understanding of the precision medicine marketplace.
β’ Proficiency in navigating ambiguity and recognizing current and future opportunities.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
β’ High level of commercial acumen and documented success in previous commercial roles.
β’ Dedication to learning and implementing emerging technologies, including AI.
β’ Preferred skills encompass customer centricity, hematology, industry analysis, market knowledge, oncology, organization, performance measurement, pharmaceutical industry expertise, pharmaceutical sales and marketing, problem-solving, resource management, revenue management, sales, sales enablement, sales trends, strategic sales planning, team leadership, and technical credibility.
