This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the ModMed Sales team by offering functional and clinical expertise to both prospects and clients.
• Facilitate clinical discovery sessions and analyze workflows to gain insights into unique challenges and practice goals.
• Create and present product demonstrations for ModMed and partner software solutions, both onsite and remotely.
• Communicate the sales message effectively, emphasizing value, distinguishing ModMed from competitors, and making a lasting impression on the audience.
• Perform onsite clinical workflow assessments and deliver solution demonstrations informed by observations and best practices.
• Offer post-sale support by ensuring accurate knowledge transfer to ModMed professional services.
• Assist in the completion of RFI, RFP, and security questionnaires.
• Enhance ModMed solution knowledge through proactive learning and collaboration with senior members of the solutions engineering team.
• Showcase the functionality and value of ancillary products such as Relatient, analytics, and Klara.
• Contribute to the development of educational and training materials, including white papers and internal videos.
• Support the creation and updates of client-facing Consensus videos.
• Aid in onsite and remote one-to-many sales and marketing events.
• Up to 50% domestic travel is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant, Scribe, or other clinical specialist; prior experience with ModMed EHR or competing solutions is also acceptable.
• Proficient in conducting remote presentations using Google Meet, QuickTime, and Reflector.
• In-depth knowledge of medical practice operational and clinical workflows.
• Strong grasp of healthcare business processes.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listener, adaptable, coachable, and a strong communicator across all organizational levels.
• Naturally curious, engaging, unafraid to ask questions, and passionate about ongoing learning and improvement.
