This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a technical liaison between business and technology stakeholders focusing on healthcare interoperability and workflow transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to enhance pipeline growth, expedite technical achievements, and design scalable solutions.
• Facilitate executive-level discovery sessions with CIOs, enterprise architects, interoperability leaders, and operational executives.
• Craft persuasive value propositions and ROI narratives.
• Align customer business objectives with Availity platform capabilities, interoperability, and workflow solutions.
• Formulate technical solution architectures that correspond with customer environments and strategic objectives.
• Lead strategic business and technical discovery to uncover customer challenges, workflow inefficiencies, and areas for transformation.
• Develop integration strategies utilizing Availity Extend, FHIR APIs, interoperability standards, and workflow automation capabilities.
• Deliver value-oriented solution recommendations and reference architectures to both executive and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Product, and Delivery teams to enhance technical achievements and foster revenue growth.
• Convert customer business requirements into scalable technical designs, integration strategies, and future-state workflow models.
• Act as a trusted advisor on interoperability, workflow modernization, and healthcare technology transformation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-6+ years of experience in healthcare technology encompassing solutions architecture, consulting, interoperability, implementation, or technical presales.
• Background in customer-facing roles supporting healthcare organizations, technology vendors, or consulting projects.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, APIs, and X12 transactions.
• Proven experience discussing technical architecture with both executive and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with provider and payer workflows, including revenue cycle, claims, eligibility, prior authorization, and clinical documentation processes.
• Experience in designing integration strategies and solution architectures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively translate business challenges into technical solutions and technical concepts into business value.
• Proven track record of partnering with sales teams to stimulate pipeline growth and encourage customer adoption.
• Familiarity with FHIR implementation guides, Da Vinci accelerators, and healthcare interoperability initiatives.
• Experience integrating with EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Athenahealth, Meditech, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration, automation platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, REST APIs, API gateways, and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, or agentic healthcare solutions.
• Ability to read code, comprehend data models, and work collaboratively with engineering teams.
• Must be equipped to use a camera for all virtual meetings.
• Must successfully pass a drug test prior to starting employment.
