Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Determine the value proposition for our enterprise clients by creating value propositions, solution proposals, and statements of work. This involves analyzing and collecting business requirements from large and intricate client environments, as well as conducting necessary research to develop comprehensive and precise technical solution proposals based on client needs.

• Prepare effort and cost assessments for custom engineering and modernization initiatives, customer experience (CX) solutions implementations, customizations, integrations, and support services.

• Design overall solutions, including high-level designs, technical blueprints, statements of work, and service designs for both CX and non-CX areas.

• Enhance sales engineering effectiveness by identifying immediate and long-term challenges that need addressing; providing relevant information and insights for discussions; recommending options and strategies; and executing directives.

• Assist marketing and delivery teams with knowledge transfer and technical inquiries as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in mathematics, computer science, software development, or information technology is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, professional services, technical consulting, or solution architecture roles.

• Expertise in modern architectural patterns, including microservices, event-driven systems, API-first design, and containerization.

• Familiarity with Customer Experience (CX) technologies or enterprise customer engagement platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, or similar) is highly desirable, though primary expertise should be in modern software engineering and enterprise solution architecture.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capability to engage directly with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Proven experience in client interactions, pre-sales engagements, customer workshops, and solution development processes.

• Ability to excel in fast-paced environments and deliver results under tight deadlines.
