Pre-Sales Solution Architect – AI Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account teams to assist in strategic enterprise initiatives.

• Facilitate technical discovery workshops to assess customer infrastructure, AI, and platform engineering requirements.

• Act as a trusted consultant to CTOs, platform teams, and AI engineering leaders.

• Create AI infrastructure architectures utilizing Mirantis k0rdent and technologies from the open-source ecosystem.

• Convert customer needs into scalable solutions based on Kubernetes platforms.

• Produce reference architectures and deployment strategies for AI workloads.

• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.

• Represent Mirantis at industry conferences, technical events, and community gatherings.

• Generate technical content, demos, and solution patterns to enhance adoption.

• Lead customer proof-of-concept initiatives and prototype deployments related to AI workloads and developer platforms.

• Illustrate operational workflows for AI infrastructure and MLOps.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing teams.

• Provide field insights that shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

• Assist in developing reusable architectures and technical resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in France or other French-speaking countries in Europe.

• Proven experience in supporting enterprise sales for cloud-native or infrastructure platforms.

• Practical experience in designing or managing Kubernetes-based systems.

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, multi-cluster management, Helm, Operators, CRDs, AI/ML deployment pipelines, model serving, inference platforms, Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray or similar frameworks, GPU-accelerated workloads, GitOps workflows, infrastructure automation, AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid cloud, on-premises infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability platforms.

• A consultative mindset with a focus on customer empathy.

• Ability to articulate complex systems in a clear manner.

• Hands-on technical curiosity and a willingness to experiment.

• A passion for open-source and emerging infrastructure technologies.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.

• Proficiency in French for French-speaking regions of Europe.
