This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of Samsara Services to both prospective and existing enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers to define and incorporate the services solution into the overall Samsara proposal.
• Take ownership of Services pursuits, including achieving the ARR attach quota.
• Responsible for forecasting service demands and closely tracking the ARR pipeline to assess capacity needs.
• Plan and oversee Services scoping activities with potential clients, and create proposals, level of effort estimates, transition/KT plans, and resource allocations.
• Recognized by clients as a trusted advisor in product deployment and change management processes.
• Act as a governing partner during implementation to maintain relationships with customer sponsors and executives, while addressing critical issues and expectations.
• Engage in virtual teams to contribute to the development of Samsara Services methodologies, processes, offerings, and related materials.
• Advocate for and exemplify Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we expand globally and open new offices.
• Over 7 years of proven experience in positioning Professional Services or Technology Solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with sales teams, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and other key partners throughout the implementation process.
• Excellent presentation skills: Ability to showcase the value, capabilities, and unique aspects of complex service solutions using established methodologies and service offerings.
• Strong innovative skills: Capable of creating service templates, engagement processes, and presentations with a “builder” mindset.
• Extensive knowledge of executing the SOW/Proposal processes by scoping, generating, and delivering SOWs that fulfill documented customer requirements.
• Ability to articulate relevant customer success stories and metrics that highlight value to the client.
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Proficient in creating SFDC reports/dashboards and navigating within SFDC.
