Pre-Sales Consultant UCC – (m/f/d)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Propel active product sales and engage in pre-sales activities for enterprise solutions from Mitel/Unify and Alcatel‑Lucent Enterprise.

• Assume responsibility for business development with key vendors and facilitate regular coordination meetings.

• Provide guidance to system integrators and channel partners regarding UCC solutions available in the KOMSA portfolio.

• Handle project inquiries related to telephony systems and prepare quotes and proposals.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire order processing cycle.

• Consistently monitor key accounts and identify follow-up actions.

• Collaborate closely with vendor sales teams and internal sales departments.

• Continuously enhance product knowledge, document findings, and share insights with colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of professional experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical sales within the ICT sector, preferably in a large-enterprise context.

• Strong solution and product knowledge in the UCC domain, particularly regarding Alcatel‑Lucent Enterprise and Mitel/Unify.

• Capability to analyze customer needs and convert them into suitable solutions.

• Proficient communication skills in both German and English.

• A keen interest in emerging technologies associated with telephony systems.
