This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in discovery calls and client workshops with the business development team to assess opportunities and determine how AllMates.ai can provide value.
• Create and present product demonstrations customized to the specific industry and challenges faced by prospects.
• Assist in the development of proposals, RFP/tender submissions, and solution descriptions, detailing scope, approach, assumptions, deliverables, and timelines.
• Aid in grant and funding applications by outlining business outcomes and deliverables.
• Address client technical and functional inquiries throughout the sales process, escalating issues to product/engineering teams as necessary.
• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder interviews; document current processes and desired outcomes.
• Generate business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, agent/use-case definitions, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify data sources, integration points, and system dependencies across EMR, ERP, CRM, file-based, and API sources.
• Prioritize requirements and manage scope in accordance with commercial realities.
• Secure formal client approval on requirements prior to commencing the build phase.
• Break down requirements into work packages and provide effort estimates in collaboration with the technical team.
• Highlight risks, assumptions, dependencies, and exclusions that may impact cost and timelines.
• Assist in structuring commercial aspects, including phasing, licensing, implementation, and support.
• Manage the delivery plan, including milestones, task distribution, dependencies, and critical path management.
• Facilitate daily communication between the client and the internal AllMates team; lead status meetings and distribute meeting minutes and progress reports.
• Monitor issues, risks, and change requests; secure client consent before proceeding with any scope alterations.
• Manage client expectations, identify delays, propose mitigation strategies, and uphold account health.
• Maintain project documentation, including RAID logs and handover materials.
• Develop test scenarios and test cases that are traceable to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Guide clients through test scenarios and obtain written approval for UAT scope.
• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing; document defects with reproduction steps and compare expected versus actual outcomes.
• Coordinate client-side UAT, assist testers, triage feedback, and differentiate between defects and change requests.
• Oversee defect resolution until closure and secure formal UAT approval.
• Support go-live readiness, user training, and the transition to post-implementation support.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Implementation Consultant in software, SaaS, BI/analytics, or IT consulting.
• Proven experience throughout the entire delivery lifecycle—from requirements gathering to UAT and go-live.
• Strong skills in requirements documentation (BRD, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Experience in defining and executing test scenarios while managing client UAT.
• Confidence in client-facing situations: able to conduct workshops, present to management, and handle challenging scope discussions professionally.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English; ability to communicate clearly, structurally, and concisely.
• Solid understanding of data concepts—databases, SQL, APIs, data integration, and reporting.
• A genuine curiosity about agentic AI and a history of self-directed learning; able to swiftly learn new tools, platform features, and AI capabilities and apply them practically in client engagements without formal training.
• Quick to absorb domain knowledge; capable of grasping an unfamiliar industry’s processes, terminology, and pain points within a few weeks of engagement to engage confidently with client subject-matter experts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities—typically two to four projects at varying stages (pre-sales, build, UAT)—with the discipline to prioritize, transition smoothly, and keep all clients informed.
• Comfortable working autonomously within a lean consulting team.
• Domain experience in FMCG, Retail, ERP, healthcare, or the public sector.
• Willingness to travel to client locations across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.).
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
