This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide support to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle by showcasing the functional and technical features and advantages of the Granicus platform suite.
• Aid in the development of existing accounts while also pursuing the acquisition of new client accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations, pre-bid presentations, and demonstrations during the bid process.
• Assist in qualifying customer needs and analyzing pre-demo requirements.
• Support both functional and technical qualifications, acting as a liaison with internal teams.
• Create and maintain environments for demonstrations.
• Complete Security Questionnaires, Data Protection Impact Assessments, and other relevant sales documents.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the processes and submissions for PQQ/RFP/Tender/Bid.
• Interpret questions and requirements outlined in bid documentation.
• Assist in the bid qualification and the go/no-go decision-making processes.
• Draft functional and technical responses for formal bids.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to maintain a repository of reusable response content.
• Contribute to written proposals when existing responses do not suffice.
• Ensure compliant and commercially viable bid delivery while adhering to deadlines.
• Participate in lessons-learned sessions to enhance demonstrations and bid responses.
• Generate reports and dashboards within the internal CRM system.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in demonstrating software through standard demonstrations and customized proof of concept presentations.
• Proven experience in supporting bid responses.
• Skill in crafting compelling responses, including technical writing.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards within an internal CRM system.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in software demonstrations and supporting bid responses for a software provider (desirable).
• Knowledge of public sector systems and services (desirable).
• Familiarity with public sector procurement processes (desirable).
• Experience with Salesforce and Loopio (desirable).
• A proven record of successful software demonstrations.
• Ability to position products competitively to clients across all organizational levels.
• Capability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Exceptional written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in influencing client decision-making and direction.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience in solutions and services, software demonstrations, and bid responses within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of internal governance procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Capability to create reports and dashboards for tracking and forecasting pipelines.
• Knowledge of Local Government, Central Government, or the broader public sector (preferable).
• Familiarity with CRM, E-forms, Web Portals, CMS, Engagement/Consultation Tools, or email communication tools (preferable).
• Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets.
