This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Plan, oversee, maintain, and continually enhance hardware and software demonstration environments.
• Ensure the technical efficiency of systems, preparing them optimally for client meetings and presentations.
• Assess individual customer needs and create customized demo scenarios.
• Modify content, software workflows, and application scenarios to fit the customer’s clinical and organizational context.
• Organize and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to various audiences, both on-site at customer locations and remotely.
• Interact with physicians, nursing personnel, IT departments, and management.
• Work closely with the Sales team to design, develop, and continuously enhance presentation materials and demo scenarios.
• Create presentation templates and bespoke materials for client meetings.
• Assist in complex RFP and RFI processes as a subject-matter expert.
• Provide technical and clinical insights for tender documents and final presentations.
• Connect technical, clinical, and sales needs.
• Simplify intricate technical product features into understandable application scenarios, conveying their value to clients.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated professional experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or as a Clinical Application Specialist, preferably in the HealthTech, MedTech, or Healthcare IT sectors.
• A completed degree in Medical Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Business Informatics, or Healthcare Management; alternatively, a robust clinical background (e.g., intensive care nursing or another medical field) combined with a strong inclination towards IT and Sales.
• Excellent comprehension of hospital processes and clinical workflows, ideally with experience in intensive care (ICU), anesthesia, or emergency medicine.
• Exceptional presentation abilities, paired with a confident, dedicated, and empathetic approach.
• A highly proactive, organized, and hands-on methodology for resolving technical and content-related challenges.
• Fluent, professional-level English, both spoken and written, as the company language, along with native-level proficiency in the local language(s) of the relevant target market or region.
• Basic to good understanding of hospital IT architectures (e.g., HIS, PDMS/CIS) and interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
• Confident in independently establishing, configuring, and troubleshooting software and hardware demo environments.
