This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take full ownership of the solution selection process, which includes operating model discovery, solution development, customer demonstrations, technical assessments, workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical validation.
• Identify and map customer product operating models, planning cycles, workflows, governance frameworks, and data hierarchies.
• Create and present customized demonstrations that align strategic objectives with daily platform workflows.
• Set up accounts, perform data mapping, manage integrations, and develop custom use cases during evaluations.
• Manage technical solution responses for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Attain mastery in Dragonboat capabilities, evolving product operations methodologies, and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Act as the strategic and technical liaison among sales, product, and customer teams.
• Assist prospective clients in solution exploration, technical assessment, and selection of the Dragonboat Product Portfolio OS.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Operations professional, PMO, strategist, or transformation leader within technology companies.
• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing positions (such as presales, consulting, account management, or professional services).
• In-depth knowledge of strategic planning, portfolio management, roadmap development, quarterly planning, prioritization, and product delivery processes.
• Practical experience in mapping, structuring, and configuring data models.
• Proven ability to convert complex enterprise workflows and data hierarchies into clear, scalable platform structures.
• Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Linear, and Smartsheet.
• Demonstrated capability to configure automated workflows and system integrations.
• Skilled in facilitating discussions with C-suite executives, technical administrators, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in applying AI and agentic tools.
• Capability to design workflows for both internal and customer-facing purposes.
• Prior experience as a Dragonboat administrator or power user is highly desirable.
• Ability to comprehend overarching business strategies and implement technical setups and data integrations.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and independently resolve problems.
• Understanding of the operational dynamics of large, complex organizations.
• Must be based in the continental United States.
