This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct discovery and independently define solutions for opportunities related to fraud and financial crime.
• Customize product demonstrations based on customer context and confirm solution compatibility with technical teams.
• Facilitate structured discovery discussions utilizing the MEDDPICC framework.
• Construct business cases using customer data on fraud losses and regulatory risks to foster ROI discussions with economic decision-makers.
• Oversee RFI/RFP responses, scoping documents, and proposals.
• Define Proof of Concepts with established success criteria and assist in guiding the delivery team during execution.
• Leverage extensive domain knowledge in fraud mechanisms, identity and payment methods, risk and controls, and the regulatory landscape.
• Remain updated on emerging trends in financial crime and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, and delivery teams to assess technical and commercial viability.
• Manage timelines for deals and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Over 5 years of experience in presales engineering or solutions consulting within fraud prevention, financial crime, or risk/compliance technology, demonstrating success in closing complex deals at Tier 1 banks and leading financial institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of fraud mechanisms and use cases, including account takeover, scams, and mules.
• Strong product knowledge along with scoping and demonstration skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT, including AWS/Azure, APIs, databases, and modern application architectures.
• Understanding of analytical methods, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques in fraud detection.
• Capability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional sales skills at the enterprise level.
• Excellent presentation and written communication abilities.
• Superior listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality, adaptability, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% within North America.
