Pre-Litigation Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Request and follow up on police reports, medical records, and other relevant documentation.

• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and coverage details.

• Draft and send Letters of Representation.

• Oversee a caseload of personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase.

• Prepare and arrange documentation for negotiations and possible settlements.

• Provide consistent case updates related to insurance coverage, treatment progress, and case advancements.

• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-ups with clients to ensure a superior client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or in a similar position within a personal injury law firm.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage several cases while keeping a keen eye on detail.

• Comfortable engaging with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives.

• Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work autonomously while remaining accountable to deadlines and expectations.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM EST.
