Practice Marketing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide project management assistance for the Practice Marketing team.

• Ensure that key accounts are on schedule and that timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and accountable.

• Develop and implement standardized project plan templates for new accounts.

• Oversee project tracking and status reporting.

• Minimize missed deadlines and late deliverables for key accounts.

• Create a capacity planning process to illustrate team workload.

• Offer data-driven recommendations to leadership.

• Take initiative in handling part of the account workload independently.

• Establish scalable systems, processes, and templates to facilitate departmental growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating a project tracking system, template, or standardized workflow from the ground up that has been adopted by others.

• Capability to hold marketing managers and clients accountable for timelines and deliverables.

• Skill in making status, risks, and ownership visible.

• Discernment to determine when to escalate risks and when to address them independently.

• Drive for early-career ownership and process development.

• Willingness to utilize AI tools within work processes.

• Currently residing in the Philippines.
