This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio consisting of 35-40 orthodontic and dental partners while ensuring an exceptional, high-touch partner experience.
• Conduct 10 to 12 weekly partner calls focused on strategies for growth, marketing performance, opportunity conversion, scheduling, CRM utilization, front desk execution, treatment coordinator efficiency, and partner accountability.
• Analyze key performance indicators throughout the entire opportunity funnel, including lead volume, scheduled appointments, show rates, pending patients, starts, lost opportunities, and ROI.
• Mentor practice owners, front desk teams, scheduling teams, and treatment coordinators on effective behaviors and systems that enhance conversion rates.
• Assist partners in understanding how HIP’s marketing strategy aligns with practice growth, patient acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Learn and convey HIP’s marketing strategy, encompassing paid media, SEO, website performance, lead generation, creative strategies, and reporting insights.
• Quickly identify performance issues and friction points, and then create clear action plans to enhance results.
• Maintain proactive communication with partners, ensuring timely follow-ups, clear next steps, and a response window of 2 to 3 hours during business hours.
• Document calls, action items, partner updates, risks, and next steps in HighLevel and ClickUp.
• Collaborate with HIP’s Paid Media, SEO, Web, Creative, Sales, and Support teams to ensure that partner needs are effectively communicated and met.
• Identify partners at risk early and facilitate the development of 30/60/90 day plans to enhance account health and retention.
• Approach tasks with urgency, ownership, precision, and a sincere commitment to supporting partner growth.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in orthodontic or dental practice operations.
• Proven experience in coaching, training, or managing dental/orthodontic teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the patient journey, from inquiry to scheduled appointment, consultation, and initiation of treatment.
• Proficiency in interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable steps.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage 35–40 partner relationships with prompt communication and follow-through.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools such as HighLevel, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, PandaDoc, and reporting dashboards.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace for remote work.
