πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provide education to healthcare providers and staff regarding the services and advantages of BlinkRx.

β€’ Collaborate with providers and staff to verify benefits and enhance the utilization of BlinkRx.

β€’ Execute proactive outbound telephone outreach to provider offices.

β€’ Recognize and capitalize on growth opportunities while positioning access solutions for patients.

β€’ Maintain ongoing conversations and relationships within an assigned territory.

β€’ Oversee regular communication, monitor engagement levels, and ensure consistent service delivery.

β€’ Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries specific to prescriptions or patients.

β€’ Foster relationships with practices and offices to eliminate access barriers.

β€’ Develop tailored profiles to support healthcare providers with prior authorization requirements and status updates.

β€’ Assist the Brand Field team by addressing inquiries from healthcare providers and regarding BlinkRx.

β€’ Introduce partner field representatives to the BlinkRx platform.

β€’ Deliver approved communications to healthcare providers concerning patient statuses in a compliant manner.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A background in pharmacy sales, healthcare account management, or outbound sales within a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment is highly preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with prescription workflows in provider offices and pharmacy channels.

β€’ A solution-oriented mindset paired with strong analytical skills.

β€’ Proven ability in client success and account management, with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

β€’ Capability to establish and nurture robust relationships with both internal and external clients.

β€’ Confidence in making outbound calls and reaching out to provider offices.

β€’ Proficiency in introducing new products or services and advancing conversations in a professional manner.

β€’ Willingness to travel as required by business needs, including participation in internal training sessions, industry conferences, and occasional in-person visits to healthcare providers.

β€’ Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

β€’ Competence in prioritizing responsibilities and managing multiple projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.

β€’ Excellent time management and organizational skills.

β€’ Commitment to strict confidentiality and sound judgment.

β€’ Capability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

β€’ Experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) and softphone technology is preferred.
