Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain tailored Power Platform solutions for governmental clients.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

• Identify constraints and determine, construct, and implement optimal technical solutions.

• Create and oversee Power Apps solutions utilizing SharePoint for content and page management.

• Develop scalable and secure data infrastructures using Microsoft Dataverse.

• Establish data relationships and normalize datasets.

• Design, develop, and oversee relational data models within Dataverse.

• Construct Power Automate workflows and Power BI dashboards for analytics.

• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including documentation, testing, and presenting solutions to government clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of nine (9) years of experience, or equivalent experience in place of a degree.

• Alternatively, a Master’s degree with seven (7) or more years of experience.

• Active Top Secret clearance.

• Capability to design technical solutions and generate comprehensive written documentation.

• Experience in developing model-driven applications, business process flows, and custom logic.

• Proficient in integrating Dataverse with APIs and external services.

• Proven expertise in creating dynamic and complex Power Apps and Power Automate Flows.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using Power BI for dashboards and data analytics.

• Strong graphical design and technical skills for customizing SharePoint Online functionality and user interface.

• Experience in configuring and personalizing SharePoint Online sites, lists, and libraries.

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

• Capability to work ethically and independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience in integrating data sources into SharePoint using Power Platform connectors.

• Familiarity with Agile and iterative software development methodologies.

• Experience with SQL Server, SQL scripting, or other relational databases.

• Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

• Understanding of AI-powered SharePoint capabilities.
