Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer Ssr/Sr

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business units to gather use cases and develop them on Copilot Studio and Power Platform, from initial definition to production.

• Manage the daily operations of Copilot Studio: handling tickets, escalations, and coordinating meetings with business users.

• Oversee the performance of published agents by monitoring their usage, performance metrics, and availability.

• Establish governance protocols for what is built and published, including standards, environments, permissions, and traceability.

• Remove organizational barriers (such as access, permissions, and definitions) to ensure each use case progresses to production.

• Participate in assessing alternative low-code tools and agent builders, as well as in transitioning use cases when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing solutions using Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or Power Automate), with actual use cases deployed and utilized by real users.

• Ability to evaluate different tools and select the most suitable one for each scenario, rather than relying on a single vendor.

• Experience serving as the main point of contact for solutions with business users, including ongoing support responsibilities.

• A proactive attitude in keeping the team updated on developments within business areas, without needing prompts.

• Competence in collecting requirements from non-technical stakeholders and converting them into functional solutions.

• Background in corporate settings with established controls, permissions, and multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with other low-code tools or agent builders (such as n8n, Make, Dify, or similar) is a plus.

• Experience in governing or monitoring a Power Platform tenant (including environments, DLP policies, CoE Starter Kit, and Application Insights) is advantageous.

• Relevant Power Platform certifications (PL-200, AB-410, or AB-620) are desirable.

• Knowledge of scripting in Python or JavaScript to enhance the tool is a bonus.

• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
