📋 Description

• Take ownership of the conceptual design, implementation, and testing of datasets for Power BI Semantic Models, Dimensions, Data Flows, DAX, Snowflake integration, SQL, and user security protocols.

• Create and deliver reporting and foundational datasets that support new business solutions.

• Utilize best practices and techniques in data visualization.

• Develop, implement, and sustain reporting processes, including the integration of data from various sources.

• Oversee and maintain Power BI reports and semantic models, incorporating new fields, source unions, report modifications, and user assistance.

• Leverage Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL to detect data anomalies and resolve reporting challenges.

• Transform user requirements into functional and actionable analytics.

• Aid in the evaluation, development, and enhancement of Sales Operations processes and functions, including documentation efforts.

• Address capacity issues as they arise.

• Define project requirements, milestones, phases, and components.

• Collaborate with internal IT resources on cross-functional projects, offering reporting expertise, user perspectives, and testing support.

• Partner with leadership to grasp reporting needs and implement reports aimed at company growth and predictive analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, accompanied by 6 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficient in Power BI Data Modeling at an expert level.

• Advanced skills in DAX coding.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with “big data” and master data concepts.

• Proficient in MS Excel.

• Ability to adapt; skilled multitasker; welcomes challenges.
