This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze user behavior, customer journeys, and conversion funnels across various product touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product managers to establish and monitor KPIs, assess feature adoption, and facilitate data-driven product decisions.
• Provide actionable insights for product enhancement, landing page optimization, and improvements in user experience.
• Work alongside marketing operations and product teams throughout the entire customer journey.
• Create and develop customized Tableau or equivalent BI dashboards.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for extracting, cleaning, and analyzing extensive datasets.
• Conduct exploratory analyses, identify data integrity challenges, and propose solutions.
• Assist in A/B testing analysis, attribution modeling, and campaign assessments.
• Evaluate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to uncover insights and generate business value.
• Communicate findings to business stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Utilize AI-assisted analytics tools to expedite analysis and enhance data storytelling.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a data analyst, business data analyst, or in a comparable role.
• Robust B2C product analytics experience, encompassing user behavior analysis, funnel exploration, and feature or journey performance evaluation.
• Proficient SQL skills for querying and transforming large datasets for ad-hoc analysis and dashboard applications.
• Expertise in Tableau or similar BI tools for constructing insightful, scalable dashboards from the ground up.
• Proven track record in anomaly detection, funnel analysis, and delivering actionable insights.
• Familiarity with conversion rates, bounce rates, session durations, feature adoption, and retention metrics.
• Practical experience employing AI tools to enhance analytics workflows.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to gather, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information.
• Some understanding of statistics and experience with statistical software such as Excel, R, SAS, or SPSS is preferred.
