Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development, enhancement, and upkeep of Power BI dashboards that encompass enrollment, claims, utilization, program performance, healthcare expenses, and compliance metrics.

• Work in collaboration with report developers, analytics leaders, data engineers, database administrators, and business stakeholders to collect reporting requirements, evaluate outcomes, and address data inconsistencies.

• Conduct data validation processes.

• Document business guidelines and rules.

• Manage report inventories.

• Support report migration and user acceptance testing efforts.

• Utilize Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Query, Azure SQL, SQL queries, and Azure DevOps for data preparation, reporting model updates, documentation organization, report testing, and work tracking within established development standards.

• Deliver precise, timely, and actionable reporting that aids WTCHP operational and healthcare decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.

• Over 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, relational databases, data validation, reporting documentation, and Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL is preferred.

• Ability to meet relevant contract suitability and access criteria.

• US citizenship is mandatory.

• Must adhere to strict privacy, access, and data handling protocols.

• Experience in validating reports, documenting results, supporting testing, and performing analytical tasks in a structured development environment.

• MBI (T2) public trust or other relevant requirements.

• Capability to work 40 scheduled hours per week.

• Travel is limited to less than 10%.
