This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +27 more states.
• Serve as the analytical owner for a select number of high-value enterprise accounts.
• Produce insights on performance, forecasts, and analyses focused on business outcomes.
• Integrate datasets from paid media, web, CRM, ecommerce, offline conversion, and call-tracking.
• Evaluate channel contributions, funnel efficiencies, audience segments, LTV, CAC, MER, and cohort behaviors.
• Utilize statistical methods to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Strategy leadership to guide testing roadmaps, investment decisions, and budget reallocations.
• Construct and sustain forecasts for revenue, expenditure, CAC, ROAS, CPA, and other key performance indicators.
• Create models comparing baseline and optimized scenarios to quantify financial impacts.
• Employ seasonality decomposition, time-series methods, and regression projections.
• Develop BI environments, semantic data models, DAX measures, reusable datasets, and executive dashboards.
• Establish single-source-of-truth reporting and enhance query performance, refresh patterns, and infrastructure costs.
• Query and model data from client-owned warehouses, creating efficient SQL datasets, views, and aggregations.
• Formulate attribution logic at the warehouse layer, including multi-touch, last-click, position-based, and custom blends.
• Collaborate with client data teams on definitions, source-of-truth logic, governance, and access protocols.
• Facilitate offline conversion pipelines using Google Ads and Meta CAPI APIs.
• Confirm the accuracy of conversion tracking, attribution, and data flow across advertising, analytics, CRM, and warehouse environments.
• Identify discrepancies in reporting and trace their root causes.
• Enforce standards for event taxonomies, UTM structures, naming conventions, privacy, and consent requirements.
• Act as the analytical counterpart to Strategy or Enterprise Account Directors.
• Diagnose performance challenges, assess opportunities, and rigorously test strategic hypotheses.
• Translate technical insights for C-level client stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with Paid Media, SEO, Client Services, Strategy, and Analytics teams.
• Over 6 years of experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, marketing data science, or a closely related field.
• Proficient in SQL at an expert level, including CTEs, window functions, materialized views, and cost-aware query design.
• Practical experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, and Sigma.
• Advanced skills in BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization, and row-level security.
• Strong familiarity and comfort with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Proven experience in integrating paid media, web, CRM, and revenue data into analysis-ready datasets.
• Solid working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and their respective export/API data structures.
• Experience in developing forecasting models using time-series methods, regression, or scenario-based modeling.
• Proficient in Python or R for statistical analysis, including data manipulation using pandas and reproducible analytical workflows.
• Comprehensive understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix concepts, and principles of cross-channel measurement.
• Experience with offline conversion tracking, CRM integrations, and call tracking platforms.
• Ability to convert ambiguous business questions into structured analytical projects.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or other secondary BI platforms (preferred).
• Working knowledge of GTM and GA4 implementation (preferred).
• Experience with marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, or geo-experiments (preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like Fivetran, Stitch, or dbt (preferred).
• Experience in designing or architecting marketing data warehouses from the ground up (preferred, not required).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
