This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design, enhance, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to facilitate business and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and convert business needs into effective BI solutions.
• Extract, transform, and prepare data from diverse systems and sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Develop and sustain Power BI data models, including relationships, calculations, and measures.
• Create and refine DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor report performance, manage scheduled data refreshes, and ensure ongoing maintenance of dashboards.
• Assess current dashboards and reports for potential improvements, consolidation, and automation opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reporting challenges.
• Analyze business data and convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Promote standardization in reporting, definitions, and documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for reports, data sources, calculations, and reporting workflows.
• Undertake other responsibilities relevant to the position as they arise.
• 3–5 years of experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
• Proficient hands-on experience in creating dashboards and reports with Microsoft Power BI.
• Solid understanding of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Proven experience in using SQL for data extraction, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in handling multiple data sources and converting business requirements into structured reporting solutions.
• Strong grasp of data modeling, relationships, calculations, measures, and principles of data visualization.
• Experience in maintaining and enhancing existing dashboards, reports, and regular reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen focus on data accuracy and reporting quality.
• Capability to gather stakeholder requirements and transform business needs into feasible technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain data and reporting information to non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and reporting deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously within an offshore support model aligned with Australian business hours.
• Work from home.
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT (adjustments will be made for daylight saving time).
