Post-Sale Title Curator, Default Services – REO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess title commitments for clearance and ensure all elements are addressed, including payoffs, taxes, and HOA dues.

• Resolve issues related to rejected curative matters.

• Review daily reports to confirm the completion of assigned tasks.

• Generate external reports in line with client expectations.

• Adhere to referral procedures as per client requirements.

• Follow payment protocols according to client expectations, including accurate billing codes.

• Comply with internal and external escalation processes to enhance customer service.

• Address inquiries from clients or internal personnel in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain open lines of communication with management and clients.

• Attend and actively participate in team meetings.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Relevant work experience in the real estate industry and/or a vendor management service company is preferred.

• Familiarity with real estate titles, deed preparation, and the curative process is essential.

• Demonstrated customer service abilities are required.

• Outstanding organizational skills are a must.

• Advanced computer proficiency is necessary.

• Competence in Microsoft software products is expected.

• Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and the ability to create and work with reports, are required.

• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
