This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of Post-Acute Care clients within the designated state.

• Discover, target, and cultivate new business opportunities.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with customer leaders and key decision-makers.

• Perform business reviews and provide consultative sales presentations.

• Suggest McKesson products, services, and solutions that align with customer requirements.

• Assist with customer onboarding, product transitions, and sales initiatives.

• Recognize customer satisfaction gaps and devise suitable solutions.

• Collaborate with sales leadership and team members on territory priorities and intricate customer opportunities.

• Stay informed about regional providers, market trends, and emerging opportunities.

• Act as a trusted advisor to Extended Care customers, facilitating access to McKesson’s range of medical supplies, equipment, and services.

• Travel approximately 75% within the assigned state.

• Work Monday through Friday, with hours varying based on travel and customer demands.

• Engage in initial field ramp-up alongside the Area Sales Manager and other team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least four years of relevant field sales experience.

• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.

• Completion of a 7-year Motor Vehicle Record Check during the pre-employment process.

• Ability to travel approximately 75% within the assigned territory.

• Established experience in the Extended Care market in North Carolina or South Carolina.

• Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.

• Demonstrated ability to grow and maintain existing customer accounts.

• Experience in consultative selling and relationship management.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Capacity to work independently and effectively manage a large field territory.

• Strong judgment, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility to adapt daily schedules to accommodate territory, travel, and customer needs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• High school diploma is required.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
