This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of Post-Acute Care clients across Arizona.
• Discover, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Reconnect with previous clients and seek chances to recapture business.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with customer leadership and key decision-makers.
• Perform business evaluations and deliver consultative sales presentations.
• Suggest McKesson products, services, and solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Assist with customer onboarding, product transitions, and sales strategies.
• Recognize gaps in customer satisfaction and implement suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and team members to enhance strategic opportunities.
• Stay informed about competitive activities, market trends, and emerging prospects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Extended Care clients throughout Arizona.
• Facilitate providers' access to McKesson's range of medical supplies, equipment, and services.
• Participate in initial field training with the Area Sales Manager and other sales team members.
• A minimum of four years of relevant field sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Completion of a 7-year Motor Vehicle Record Check during the pre-employment process.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% within the assigned territory.
• Candidates should ideally possess most or all of the following qualifications to be deemed highly competitive:
• Proven success in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.
• Consistent history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Established capability in nurturing existing customer relationships while growing market share.
• Background in selling within the Extended Care, Post-Acute Care, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong consultative selling abilities and relationship management skills.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively overseeing a large geographic area.
• Strong business insight, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to adapt swiftly and maintain drive within a dynamic field sales context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, hospice, DME, or wound care providers.
• Familiarity with healthcare distribution.
• Established professional connections throughout Arizona.
• Experience in conducting business evaluations and executive-level presentations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Background in pursuing multi-site, regional, or corporate healthcare opportunities.
• $35,000 uncapped target sales incentive.
• Additional opportunities for new business bonuses; bonuses for new business continue for a full year.
