Field Sales Representative – Smart Building

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Actively promote Smart Building solutions, particularly focusing on JUNG KNX and JUNG HOME.

• Proactively seek out new customers, partners, and projects within the Smart Building and building automation industries.

• Identify and cultivate new market and sales opportunities within the designated territory.

• Initiate and assist with Smart Building projects during the initial planning and decision-making phases.

• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and client meetings.

• Independently pursue and meet established sales targets.

• Collaborate closely with sales teams, Product Management, and Marketing.

• Organize and assist with trade fairs, customer events, and networking occasions.

• Record and maintain the CRM system, while monitoring relevant market and technology trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field, or possess a university degree.

• Several years of professional experience in consultative, field-based sales, preferably in a technical context.

• Familiarity with Smart Home, Smart Building, KNX, or building automation is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex subjects.

• Technical aptitude paired with strong commercial negotiation abilities.

• Strong sales orientation, initiative, and a confident demeanor.

• Proficiency in Office applications, CRM systems, and digital media.
