Portuguese Language Social Media Community Moderator

📋 Description

• Cultivate robust and expanding digital communities for prominent brands as projects arise

• Engage with users in real-time

• Respond to inquiries and participate meaningfully in conversations

• Resolve user-related issues

• Reflect the voice and tone of various brands

• Oversee social media communities for client initiatives

• Engage in project-based, temporary, or part-time roles

• Assist with social media moderation tasks that may be required around the clock

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Portuguese

• In-depth knowledge of Portuguese pop culture, terminology, cultural references, and slang

• Capability to grasp a client's brand voice and interact appropriately with users

• Prior experience in social media moderation is necessary

• Experience in live stream moderation is advantageous

• Familiarity with Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social is a plus

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to adhere to established guidelines and workflows

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities

• Strong spelling and grammar proficiency; skills and/or language assessments may be administered to final candidates

• High eagerness to learn and think critically; proactive mindset

• Energetic with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, growing environment

• Knowledge of and experience with major social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Personal computer must be capable of running Windows 10 and macOS 12.X; application technology requirements also specify Windows 10 and macOS 13

• Personal internet connection should have a minimum speed of 150 Mbps

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; applicants will be questioned regarding U.S. work authorization and visa sponsorship

• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory; English proficiency is also required for this position
